Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Money owed

I am owed some money and the person is not making any effort to repay; however, the person admitted in a letter that she owes me this money. What can I do? Can I have an attorney send a letter to her?

Re: Money owed

Yes, an attorney can send a letter to the person that owes you money; however, until there is a lawsuit filed or she enters into a payment plan and you receive money, you are not ensured of getting paid.

Good luck.

Re: Money owed

Whether to retain an attorney depends upon the amount involved and the person you are dealing with. I can advise you if you wish to call or e mail me. Good luck.
