my mother died in 2007 how can i find out what her will said ???

mother lived in florida i would like to find out how i would go about attaining her will!!!

If you don't know where her will is, you will have to find her attorney, safety deposit box, or who ever she decide to leave a copy with. If her will cannot be found, she will be considered to have died intestate, and her estate will be settled according to probate rules. It's been 3 years....and you are just now trying to find out where her will is?

If her will went to probate, it is filed with the court.
