Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

a mother treats her child with threats of suit & eviction

My ex is making my eldest daughter miserable. My daughter is living in her condo (while the bch is residing with her sugar-daddy boyfriend). My daughter is 21; there was no formal lease signed & she has not paid rent - since none was demanded or requested - since being a tenant there (2 yrs). My ex is now evicting her with one week's notice. She is also attempting to take possesion of my daughter's car, because my daughter signed a notarized note saying she would keep up with regular car maintanence (she has not), or relinquish the car to my ex. The car is titled in my daughter's name with no restriction contained therein.

There are numerous emotional issues beyond the legal ones. I need to know what rights does my ex have in her actions & what my daughter can or should do about it?

Thanks for any help!
