If you cannot afford an attorney to file this for you then the best thing to do is find a court file that was filed for the same thing (you can do a public search at the courthouse), pull the court file and copy what is important in there. Court files are public records and can be photocopied for a fee at the courthouse. The case law, that is something you will need to discuss with someone at the local law library.
