Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Motion to resolve Legal Issues
The appellate Court, Eleventh Circuit have denied me at every step to resolve issues in my case. My case the EPA seized My corporation without Notice, Summons or Warrant, violation of Fourh, Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments, plus acts of Congress ~ 104th Congress ~ HR 1965 105th Congress. The Corporation was seized in 1996 and 17 months later it was demolished. Question: Will a Motion asking the Court to resolve the Legal Issues in the case, and Motion for Summary Judgement adjudication of the issues get any results? The attorneys for the Defendant appallee have not disputed the facts. Thank You

Re: Motion to resolve Legal Issues
There is no provision in the appellate rules for
the types of motions you have mentioned. If as you
say the 11th circuit has denied you any relief,
there are procedures for seeking a rehearing or
petitioning review before the United States Supreme
Court. However, there are strict time requirements
and established procedures to be followed. I strongly
suggest you seek the advice of an attorney who is
experienced in appellate law.
