Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Motion to set aside dismissal

I have just received a copy of a motion to set aside dissmisal for a small claims case filed against me. The case was filed 02/04 and was dismissed in two courts. Once for a change of venue, they filed in a county they should not have. The second time it was in duval county and dismissed due to them ''inadvertently hireed local councel to appear in clay county'' the second date was 11/2004. The debt was from 1999. We entered the contract under false pretenses the sales rep told us to out we owned the home when we did not and he also told us this was for a rental of the property and it was to actualy to purchase it. What can i do to keep this dismissal?
