Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My motorcycle has been at Greg's Cycles for over 4 months and the owner continues to tell me that more repairs are required because the bike is old and they find new issues. I have spent over $2,500 with the shop and it is not fixed even after he promised the last payment would resolve all issues. Now he says there are new repairs required but wont say what they are. He wont give me a completion date and the bike does not run. I think he wants more money again. The shop has caused more damage than they have repaired.

What can I do about this?

Well hopefully you have his guarantee that the repair would "resolve all issues" in writing. If not, there are obviously evidentiary concerns when raising a breach of contract. Nevertheless, the shop owner knew what he said, if he said it, and you should ask him to take on all repairs free of cost. Hope this helps.
