Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My motorcycle was stolen out of the building in which i live in and i was wondering if i can sue the building for inproper security. It was stolen in broad daylight and i have the camera footage of the thief coming in and coming out with the motorcycle. The managment is trying not to provide me with the footage stating that it was deleted. I had the detective contact them and all of a sudden they found a copy of the footage and gave that to her. They are definitely hiding something from me which means they might be at fault and are trying to cover themselves. Plese let me know what i can do?

You should report it to the police and your renter's insurance company.

Also ask the building manager who has their insuance and make a claim.
