Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

i had someone move into my apartment for a short period of time,,,i kicked them out a few weeks ago and they left a few of their things in my home..i told them to pick it up and they didnt so i got rid of it.. now they are threatening to take me to court?

You should have evicted them. Anything they left would be deemed abandoned and you could remove the property. Now you are a bailee of that property and need to be careful how you take care of it.
