Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Negotiations
Defendants owe Plaintiffs money. How many times does a Plaintiff's attorney have to consider Defendants offers? The Defendants' numerous offers are costing us in additional attorney fees. We want the bantering to stop. We want payment in full - do we have to consider all offers? When/how can we put a stop to it? We have appealed to our attorney to stop spending our money considering these offers and get on with a court date. We have given courtious time delays. The defendants have the wherewithall to pay us in a lump sum. We have written statements of acknowledgement that they owe us the money. They have owed the money for three year interest free.

Re: Negotiations
Since you are represented by an attorney, it is not appropriate to give advice. You should consult with him/her who is familiar with all the facts.
