Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My neighbor has filed a civil complaint against me, and I need to provide an 'answer' by tomorrow. Is there a form to fill out to take care of this? This is a nuisance lawsuit by a neighbor who doesn't like me or how I maintain my property. However, I am not violating any municipal ordinances and should not have to go through this.

You have "sat on" this complaint for weeks, and now you have to provide an answer tomorrow? You need to go directly to the court that has jurisdiction on this. The clerk cannot give you legal advice, but will tell you what window to go to with your "answer". Or, you can hire an attorney who can file for a continuance, to get some time to evaluate how serious your neighbor's claim is, and the most appropriate way to respond.
