Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
A neighbor took a loan from a bank and my mother-in-law cosigned and gave a CD as collateral. The CD was in my mother-in-law and my wife's name. The neighbor has reniged on the loan and the bank has taken possession of the CD. My mother-in-law has passed away. Does my wife have leagal grounds for suing neighbor?

I believe wife can sue and/or estate of mother-in-law can sue.
