neighbor posting signs about video

I just installed a video surveillance system in my carport.The neighbor across the street thinks that I am watching him to which I am not.My camera is placed such that my carport driveway,the street and up to the right of way. He has posted a sign on the back of his truck that states''we are being watched on video by the neighbors at: street number and street address.is there anything that can be done? they are renters and the property is managed by a property mgt company. do I contact them or do I speak directly with the property owner? thank you

You are probably out of luck. Have you ever spoken with him? If he isn't too much of a nut case, can you invite him over to show him what the camera does and does not record . . . of give him a copy of the tape. It might put his mind at ease.
