Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My nephew was fired from his job at Subway. When he went to pick up his last paycheck, his manager informed him that he had called all other Subway franchise owners/managers in the area to make sure they would not hire him. Is this legal?

As long as he did not tell them something false that is legal.
