noise ordinance violation by govt. contractor

is there any way to make the garbage company desist from emptying the dumpsters in the business complex directly behind my house after 7 am (or earlier)? the dump trucks have been waking me up at or before 7 am many, many, many saturdays for the past 10 years.

please advise, this is an altamonte springs, florida issue

Are you sure the contractor is breaking the noise ordinance? If the first step would be to call the local police department or county code enforcement agency.
