Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

we our a non profit org.we our a bird club and we have raffel drawings everything we get is donated we had a lady win one of the raffels birds and we called her an she said that she couldn,t be there for an hour and half and she couldn,t come right now and so on and i told her that it wasn,t fair for us to sit here and wait for hours until she picked up the bird we rent the building and have to be out in a certen time or we have to pay more so i told her that she gave me no choice to redraw and we did and now her husband is threating us to take legal action and harrasing us by phone and e-mail to give him a bird and cage or pay him money.thank you,suncoast avain society
