NSF checks

A check I deposited was returned ''NSF'', which caused $120 in overdraft fees to my checking account. Do I have recourse to recover these overdraft fees as well as the amount of the check and the fee associated with it being returned?

Yes, and you have the ability to possibly recover 3 times the amount of the check, plus the check. Read Florida Statute section 68.065 to find out how. good luck.
