Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Nusiance neighbor. Can we file a lawsuit on the landlord.

For several years we have had a nuisance neighbor. Dogs, garbage, noise and now a auto shop run out of thier one car garage. Code enforcement has been ineffectual. The previous owner of the house died and the estate has not yet been settled. No one involved will take responsibilty for the tennant. Can we file against the estate ?
