If there's an order of deportation on an immigrant

Ordered by a federal judge with appeal denied , and I've

Fallen victim to the immigrant, and they being given a

Deposition, what can I say or ask him using the deposition

Order with them under oath to prove they'll lie under oath.

It's recorded at the 9th circuit court in CA, they tried to appeal

When they lived in Hawaii. Is there a law that protects me

To an illegal immigrant when fallen victim? Can an illegal

Person even use our courts and swear under when they are lying?

Is there a law on the books?

Perjury applies to everyone the same whether here legally or not. The fact that someone is undocumented does not mean their testimony will always be a lie or accepted as such. The order of deportation if final means they can be deported at any time when picked up by the authoritiex. The undocumented person can avail himself of the Court system, but they dont have the same rights as a citizen or legal resident. In the civil system the damages they can get are limited.
