Overpayment to DR's billing office

I was billed for an office visit by DR's billing company for 140.00. Ins sent them in error 110.00 which incorrectly left me with 30.00 co-pay, although I paid it because I was being harrassed by their collection agency. Ins co then corrected billing co's original error and sent them another payt. of 140.00 in full.

Billing co is now in possession of all three payts and won't refund my 30.00 payt to me and will no longer accept my calls. Is there anything more I can do to get my refund? Thank You

Consult with a local attorney. There may be penalties for unfair debt collection attempts.
