Do I owe burial exspenses
My late wife mom died 27 Sep 2007 in SC my wife had signed a contract with for the burial exspenses. My wife got sick and died 25 Dec 2007 in Fl. the funeral director is coming after me to pay for my late mother in law exspenses. I never signed an agreement with him. Wouldnt he be covered on his funeral home business liability for such a loss? Or could he go after me legally and affect my credit score. PLEASE HELP

This is a expense of your wife's estate, not you.
