ownership of furniture

In Florida, how long does one have to have possession of furniture before it becomes legally theirs. It was given to hold, not fiananced nor rented out.

Re: ownership of furniture

If it was given to you as a gift, the property becomes yours immediately. If the furniture was given to you "to hold," a bailment was created and the furniture never becomes yours.
