Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

park manager is talking about my mortgage to other residence when park owner has told her to stop. and has gone around telling people things that are not true about my family.and when i went and confronted her she yelled and told me to leave or she would call the law do i have any legal rights

Contact her boss or the management company and let them know how she is behaving. Your rights or ability to sue will depend on what she is saying and whether it's true.
