Parking ban

There is a shopping plaza paeking lot next to the office bldg i own. Somtimes some of the emploees in the bldg. Park in plaza lot. This lot is always vacant, but the owners will tow away thei cars. Can they do that?

yes. it is their property, not yours, and is for use by their customers, not yours.

Yes, if the lot is properly posted as required by law, they can tow all violators. The parking lot is private property and the owner certainly has to right to restrict useage to authorized vehicles.
