payment stipulation default

sued defendant for monies owed.

went to mediation and got payment

stipulation. agreed to terms and

amounts. first payment due 8th of

feb and here it is the 19th. when is

defendant in default? what is

considered waiting a timely amount

of time? want to file default affidavit

but want to make sure I have given

the defendant proper amount of days

before doing so.
