Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have several people who owe me money and have signed agreements to pay, but have not. Can I file charges myself? If so, how?

Depending on the amount of money owed, you can file in small claims, county court, or in circuit court. Yes, you can act pro se.

You do not file "charges" because those are criminal and brought by the state's attorney. However's you can file civil lawsuits in the proper court which, depending upon the amount in controversy, will be in small claims, county, or circuit civil court. It is not necessary to be represented by an attorney. See the clerk of court's website for your county to look into the specifics of filing.
