Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

personal

i was working at a golf club as the chef for 6 months they used my name and school to advertise. they laid me off for someone cheaper. yet they are still using my name and school to advertise more then two months after they got rid of me. do i have the right to sue them for still using my name and school affiliation.
