petty theft

I have to go to court tomorrow on petty theft charges. I stole $60 worth of clothes from a department store shoul I ple guilty? I have no attorney at this time

If you take a plea ask the prosecutor what kind of deal you can both work out. Try to have adjudication of guilt withheld.
