Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

using a picture not their own

Someone used my picture and

claimed to be me on craigsist. I do

not know their intentions but I

assume it was someone trying to

have sex with someone from online.

I was wondering if this is breaking

any laws so I can press charges if it

is.
