Pictures of minors on my space

Two girls, ages 12 & 13 took pictures of my 8 yr old son and friends skateboarding. They teased saying they were going put the pictures on my space for the whole world to see him falling. I spoke with the girls, told them he was 8 and do not put the pictures on the web. They said the would not. Saturday the pictures were on 3 different my space accounts. What can I do?

really can't do anything about it. I would call again and see if they would take it down, but if they are not using the image for profit and it was taken in a publiuc space, generally speaking, they can post it.
