Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Pinellas County, FL
My ex-wife filed an injunction for protection. She lied on the filing, and lied in court, under oath. The judge denied her injunction because her version of the incident was not coroborated by witnesses. She lied.
I hired an attorney to defend her claim, and would like to collect attorney's costs from her. How do I do that?

You mean that you hired an attorney to defend you against her claim. You should ask the attorney who represented you why you did not get attorney fees awarded. He/she will likely tell you that it is because you weren't entitled to attorney fees.
