Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
The police have my wallet, but wont give it back because i have my cousins license in it.. what should i do?

You could have your cousin notify them that he does not have an objection to them releasing the wallet to you. I would just be very careful of doing so, if the crime involves you allegedly having possession of your cousin's license. The police department may require a written release with your cousin's notarized signature on the same. Good luck.
