pool fences in Boca Raton

Is it the law that I must have a pool fence, or a gate entrance to the backyard in Boca Raton. My pool is not visible form any angle. I have large ficus trees surrounding my property. And only two ways into my backyard. Both of which do not have a gate.

Probably, but you'll want to check with the Palm Beach County Code Enforcement folks or the code enforcement folks in Boca, as to the exact requirements.
