Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

ok i'm poor and i'm being sued great combo huh .. well i owe on a promissary note they sent a summons and want a reply i make about 100.00 a week as a bartender 4 hour shifts its a small place i have no car and nothing of any value and live in a motel what will happen will they take my kidney ?? i know i owe the money i just can't afford it

Well, they can't squeeze blood out of a turnip. You should answer the lawsuit, and if you owe the money, a judgment will be entered against you. If you don't answer the lawsuit, a default judgment will be entered against you. But, either way, the plaintiff will not be able to collect if you don't own anything or make enough money to pay. The judgment will be reported on your credit.
