possession of personal belongings

if you tell someone who is residing in your home to leave and they do can they come back and demand their personal belongings?

Of course. Why would you think you can ask someone to leave and then keep THEIR personal belongings?

If they fail to take their belongings, however, the owner is not responsible for the storeage or disposition of personal property after filing an evicition agent and obtaining a judgment against the owner.
