Could you tell me the difference in (without prejudice and with prejudice)? Thank You

Mr. Wigand is right. However, you need to be aware

there may be a time limit in which to refile, either

imposed by court order or by statute.

The difference is that "without prejudice" means that the party whom the order is against can refile at a later date. Where "with prejudice" means they are forever barred.
