Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

pretrial hearing

If the case is solved in the pretrial session of the civil court. Does this reflect in the background check while applying for the job in U.S.A?

Re: pretrial hearing

All cases are public record. So if someone really wanted to do a complete search of all claims, your case would show up if there was a search in you county. Just do not have your settlement conformed to a final judgment.

Civil cases don't usually show up in background checks (unless you mean an injunction or "restraining order"). Only criminal cases usually show up, whether resolved or not.
