can I prevent an attorney that was withdrawn by court order from attending any future hearings and filing motions on his own behalf in my florida partition of property case

If the attorney is representing any person involved in the partition, then he may attend and file on behalf of that person. If there was actually a court order barring him from attending/filing, then this is a different story. If he is a party to the action, then he has the right to represent himself. If you are a party involved in this action, you need an attorney.
