Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am having problems with identify theft at my apartment. Twice someone is hacking into my computer and stealing money from my bank account. I am afraid to even use my own "secure" internet at my apartment. Can i use this to help me break the lease to my apartment?

I don't think it's very secure. Somebody is probably jumping on your wireless, so you have to check the router documentation and do a factory reset. Then, set up the network securely using your own, unique password (not the default is for that particular brand that any savvy hacker will know). Regards,
