Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I am in the process of leaving a job that I am currently subcontracted for for graphic design. My computer is in the office of the gentleman that I am trying to leave. My computer has his files on it and my question is: Do I have the right to walk out with my computer even though his files are on the computer and give him the files at a later date or am I obligated to keep the computer on the premises until the files have been transfered?
