Product Liability

I had my car rebuilt by a company and was told I would have a certain amount of horsepower. That did not happen and the car continues to run poorly. I have spent approx. $10,000.00 and they continue to make excuses. They have had my car for over a month and it is still not repaired. I don't know what to do.

I would have to read your agreement with them. If they breached the agreement you will need an expert witness to inspect the car and be available to testify in court as to what they did wrong. A claim letter may help.
