Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
product/safety
I bought a used vehicle from a private dealership in FT Myers FL a few months ago, the vehicle was not checked by the company's mechanic he told me himself, I was on my way to SC the other day and my tire blew across the entire sidewall, I didnt run anything over it was not my faul, but a defect in the tire. My spare had a hole in it, so I plugged it and threw it on the truck, 28 miles later it blew and sent the car flying all over the road, I almost flipped the vehicle, what should I do? Can I sue?

It looks like you bought the car "as is." The terms of the agreement control. Look at the paper work. But if you knew the mechanic did not look at the car, you accepted this. You have to accept some responsibility for not examining the vehicle.
