Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Is prommisory note with loanee paying all court cost valid even though it is not

I loaned some money in 2003, there is a section (clause) in the prommisory note that I printed off the net for Florida that says that the person who is recieving the loan pays any court cost that might be required to 'get the money returned to me if necessary' it was signed by that person, however it is not notarized or anything. Will it hold up in court, and if so do I add it to the claim amount?

Your promissory note should hold up in court. When you file your complaint you will need to include court costs and attorneys fees (if applicable).
