property damage
A neighbors trees are leaning over my property since the hurricaine, they are currently seated ok. She has since cut all of the limbs off the trees on her side making a sure bet of property damage on my side should the trees fall. Can I send her a letter legally informing her that she is responsible for any damage that may occur?

Yes and you might as well demand that she have the tree removed within a deadline.
