Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Property Destruction
The owner of an rv park had an unqualified person install the wrong electric box, which destroyed the wiring in a resident's trailer, along with all electrical appliances. The resident has been without power for three days now and the owner of the establishment refuses to have the wiring fixed at his expense. The owner of the trailer is on an extremely fixed income. What can be done about this please?!

Re: Property Destruction
An attorney would need to read your agreements with the RV park to determine the best action. They probably have a civil claim for negligence and a contract claim.
