Public or Private Nuisance and Disturbing the Peace
The City government constructed a sports facility 35 feet from the front door of my home. The resulting noise and chaos makes it impossible for me to live a normal life as meals, sleeping,entertaining, tv, stereo, and use of outdoor porches, decks, and jacuzzi are frequently impossible. What right do I have regarding the integrity of my own home.This condition did not exist when I purchased this home and the City violated all its own codes in the construction.

nuisance and inverse condemnation. However, these

are tough cases involving a lot of time and legal
