Public Record
I was recently sued and settle the lawsuit. As I am a full time police officer, am I able to have the records sealed to prevent anyone from finding out my address? I live in Florida.

Very probably. I know that here in Martin County (Stuart, Florida) law enforcement officers do have that right. Probably where you are, also. Make an appointment with the Clerk of Court. Not a deputy clerk but the Clerk in charge of the records. Good luck.

You might be able to get your personal contact information removed, but sealing or expunging the record is usually in the context of a criminal arrest followed by a no file or dismissal and a certificate of eligibility issued from the FDLE.
That being said, you can petition the custodian of records of any state government entity to remove your personal information pursuant to Fla. Stat. sec. 119.07, which exempts such information from public disclosure under the Government in the Sunshine Act. Most departments will have a form which you can submit to have any such information removed from public view.
