Purchase of home with bill payoff included. Bills haven't been paid

Put dn pmt of 24000 on a home 6-02.I was told it would take up to 3mo.It took 6mo.Price incl 31224 to forbill payoff.Closing docs stated our bills had to be paid through closing.Seller decided they would pay the bills.I took statements to the seller a couple days after closing12/02.Our bills haven't been paid,yet.(lt chg/int adding up)Balance of accts today is 25266.Seller pd pmt of 1197 1/11/03.I had an est. incl.in the price of the home for demo of the existing home(3500).The demo was 613.78 less.Seller sent me 3745.There is still a balance of over 2222 not incl the difference in the demo.I sent many emails.I reported them to the BBbureau.Seller won't respond.my car is about to be repo'd.I also requested the int my dep. earned in their bank.The company stated that I'm ignorant to the process and they ''went out on a limb for us by selling this home to us''. After the 3 months, we requested to withdraw from the contract and the seller.The salesman, after closing, told me he didn't want to talk to me anymore about this.He told me he only wrote up the sales agreement.I don't think he should get his commission.What should I do?

With all due respect you should been represented by an attorney. All outstanding expenses should have been paid off at the closing. A title company would have picked all this up. I do not understand all the facts and would be happy to speak with you further. You may call me for a free consultation
