Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Purchased a 2017 vehicle and financed it, but fell behind on payments and volunteered to return the vehicle but finance company had it repossessed and then sold it at a loss and now wants me to pay them the difference. Am I liable to pay them this money ?

yes you likely are. your contract provides for the calculation of your responsibility. if they followed all rules in disposing of car, you are liable for the difference.
