Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Here is a question, how do you deal with a Judge that has "friends" that pur chase "Junk" debts, and file for "Sure" Judgements, even though you have a solid case to "Dismiss with Prejudice" and Motion after Motion is Denyied because the Judge is looking out for his friends to make "Easy" money. Is it possible to change Judges or Venue in such a case?? Further, what other avenues are available for the PRO SE Defendant????????????

Your question is probably impossible to answer on a forum like this. As to the last parts, there are ways to change venues and judges, and they are limited by time and other issues. If you are pro se you can contact your local legal services, and the attorney general's office for help. Also you should consult with a consumer protection attorney, if you have a case that is a violation of the Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act, then the attorney should take on your case at no cost to you.
